Should Lightfair International now be called the LED Fair?

Lightfair 2012

Lightfair could be now called LED FAIR.
I picked up a button from CREE LED Go LED or Go Home.
Beside the (2) ping-pong and foosball tables that were in the Building Integration Lounge,
here are my (3) favorites from the 2012 LFI Las Vegas show:

Sensitile from Ypsilanti, MI
These products must be seen and experienced live in order to appreciate
the truly architectural lighting product that defines the term kinetic.
There are many applications for the interactive light panels. The Fin Light is my new favorite.  Sensitile received a Design Excellence Award for the innovative product line.

ETC Source: 4 LED
Although I do not have projects that require theatrical lighting, the ETC booth had some cool products that
made me wish I had!  The demonstration of the new Source: 4 LED with x7 Color System color mixing displayed
adjustable white light to flatter skin tones and vibrant tints. The Source: 4 LED did a great job of blending seamlessly with an adjacent halogen fixture. I received a very cool USB drive in the shape of a mini Source: 4.

Cantalupi The Italian Art of Yacht Lighting
Many times I have needed just the right light source on a deck or patio for a client to enjoy the outdoor experience.
The Otto Portable LED with a sensor touch switch/dimmer is the choice!  There are three versions Mini, Med and Max in Stainless Steel with borosilicate frosted white glass, IP67 rated and 3000K LED.
The Cantalupi folks had the best espresso and cookies in addition to many lovely products as well!
Ciao~
