Three and a half years ago, Cerno’s founders Nick Sheridan, Daniel Wacholder and Bret Englander,  came together with a concept.  And through the natural unfolding of the creative development process, just six months later,  commitment arose and evolved into a mission to produce fresh modern  lighting  designs on the forefront of LED technology.

Signature and Iconic – Cerno’s Silva Lamp Collection

A closer look at Cerno’s designs by Dan Wacholder, Nick Sheridan and Bret Englender give us an inside look at their award winning design processes that have put Cerno in the forefront of modern LED light fixtures.

Some may say that the iconic Silva Floor Lamp and Table Lamp’s most distinctive features are its base, featuring a thin aluminum pipe that is curved around its tri-leg base. However the Silva Floor and Table Lamp have three defining characteristics:

  1. Tri-leg lamp base, giving  stability to this lamp  on uneven surfaces, also allowing the cord  to exit discreetly and effectively.
  2. Energy efficient  LED lighting
  3. A adjustable shade to meet your task needs, with an uplifting metal design
